Fit Stainless Steel Chimney Cowl
Asked this company to provide quote for roof cowl. We normally get 3 quotes, he was liaising on the phone with my husband and dropped the price £75 if he did the work straightaway. Felt pressured but it was agreed. When he came with the invoice he told my husband that I was rude as I hadn’t engaged with him. I challenged him, I had not been rude. I was actually working. He was very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. He did apologise but it should not have got to that stage. We then had issues with banking app and he paced up and down outside until he got paid. Then shouted over the road ‘sorry I said you were rude!’ Also turned up with children in the car. I would not use or recommend this company as customers should not be spoken to as I was. There is also no trace of this company on Google or any review sites. I am just hoping that his work is better than his attitude
