Repointing
Brilliant work - did exactly what I asked for, friendly lads, will definitely be using them again in the future. Great communication throughout with very fast replies. They gave a very fair quote and did not spring any unexpected charges after the work was done. Left the garden nice and clean and tidy afterwards too.

Dave and his lads rebuilt my garden wall got to say done a great job cleaning and reuseing old brick clean&tidy removed all rubbish would highly recommend DJs brickwork👍

General Brick Laying
Djs brickwork have recently completed the job of removing existing wood panels, and replaced with two courses of brick and insulation and fitted a uPVC door in my carport, David,Sean, and Lee, have done an excellent job completing the work on time and cleaning up, all done for a fair price, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quote on any bricklaying jobs.

Chimney Building / Repair
Dave and his team are very friendly and keen. He quoted a reasonable price for a lintel, and then was happy to quote for a long list of work that I needed doing on the house we had just purchased. It made sense to get one builder team to address all the jobs at once so he got the work. I would describe their work as solid but not delicate. The work will last, I am sure but it isn't pretty. You can see the pointing and brickwork they did because of smears of mortar around it, and the windows below where they are working got covered in mortar and were left filthy. The plastering was really bad, and I was quite annoyed when I heard him confiding to another tradesman that he wasn't actually a plasterer, and his plasterer couldn't make it. The gutters seem pretty good and one leaky joint was fixed quickly when i messaged them. The chimney look well repaired. The PVC cladding was not such a good story, I think it was his first time doing this, and nowhere near as good as any of the other houses on the street who have had it done. Prices are cheap, but the work isn't refined.
