Reviewed by Lin - May 23, 2021Issue back door drops and lock faulty. After being in contact with CWR 's Daniel first time over the phone he was talking about technical issue with the door dropping. Once Joseph came to view he knew exactly what needed to do and quoted a reasonable price, be it a bit over the budget. I gave them the job on the basis it is guaranteed for 10yrs. The rest of the issues were standard for any repairs but here they exceed with providing a good locking mechanism. It is better than the main front door now. The front door also drops so I gave them this job too. They attended just before their appointment time and did a good job. It has only been two weeks so time will tell if they lop-sides but with the 10yr guarantee I have peace of mind they will look after it if it does.
