Repair Flashing on Two Chimneys
Came out to do job without letting me know thereby giving me no chance to get quotes from someone else. Massively overcharged me for very little work and standard of work was substandard and basically incorrect and ineffective for the chimney repair I asked for. Valley gutter was not repaired as promised and continued to leak. Invoice scribbled on a piece of paper and sent via WhatsApp which auto deleted after seven days so I was left with no invoice despite many promises from Russell that he would send another one, he never did, seemed he was terrified of any paper trail to point to the fact that he had even come out to do the job because job was substandard and overpriced.
