Chriss came to give me a quote on installing 4 heaters. He did and we agreed. He sent Sam and another guy to install two heaters first but they had put the wrong fittings and water swamped two appartments which had brand new laminate flooring. As soon as they finnish while I was hoovering the water with a wet vacum, he asks for payment and I paid him. He asks me for an extra £74 for extra time his guys had spent. I argued that they caused the problem. He doesn’t answer the phone for a few days and eventually he says that I unless I pay him £144 he would not come. I told him I would pursue it legally and then he came. He advised me that i needed an electritian first and then he woould cone to commission them. I did sort it with the electrician but he is not coming unless i pay him £144. I wanted to talk on phone to him but he said he doesn’t want to argue. Basically, he charged me, he got paid straight away, full payment and he decided to leave the job. I am seeing solicitors, no matter what it costs just to put right disshonest people like him. I hope he will not be shocked by the cost of damage and frustration he has caused. He is not worthy contacting. Avoid him

I was very satisfied with the service I received even though they didn't do the job. The job was referred to Bosch on their one price repair which will happen tomorrow. The advice and help I got from cck was excellent.
