Plumber called out to fix weak flushing toilet and minor leak at cistern. Plumber was professional and friendly however was unable to fix or identify the cause for the weak flush. The leak was fixed very quickly. Price-wise this was an extremely expensive repair considering the simplicity of the task and that only the leak issue was resolved.

The plumber came on time and took an hour and a half or so to connect the new gas cooker in the same location as the old one had been. He seemed to be professional and thorough if a bit slow in completing the job. When my invoice came i was surprised to be charged £80 per hour for the plumbers time. When I went and queried the labour charge, I was told yes two hour job, £ 80 per hour is our rate. I expected to pay in the region of £150 and in the end the job cost me £240.

Gas fitter did very good job, very friendly and explained what he was doing in a clear infomative way. He was very carefull, tidy and cleaned up after completing job. Very happy with job done and would certainly recommened them . Thank for a good job.

I was very happy with the swift response and standard of the repairs carried out. However, I did not receive a quote prior to the work being carried out and when I received the bill by email I was a little surprised at the amount! I have paid the bill in full but have not received a receipt or acknowledgement that the bill has been paid.
