Although I did not end up using this firm they were amazing to deal with. Courteous and helpful on the telephone and available on the day they contacted me. Pricing was extremely competitive and as they are local I would have no hesitation in using them on any future fault.

Although work carried out was good it wasn't fully completed and had issue contacted them to repair they did this quickly but not the best.

As this wasn't considered an emergency, and as soon as the weather cleared up to allow us to complete the external works, we returned to do so.

The plumber arrived on time. He phoned first to confirm when he would be there .The work was carried out and explained to me. Neat and tidy job.

Was able to arrange the service quickly, and engineer completed job within about half an hour.
