Remove and apply new rendering
Booked Browns plastering for rendering the front of my bungalow. He messaged me on the morning he was due to start to say it was now going to be the following week. He removed the old render and applied the new. However, when he 'finished' you could still see the shape of the blockwork under the new rendering. When i pointed this out he said when it is dry it will be fine. It wasn't! i asked him to return and look at it. He did, and agreed that he would recoat it. That was the last I saw of him. He has ignored all my phone calls and messages. I am now looking for someone else to come and put right the poor workmanship that this 'tradesman' has run away from. Would I recommend Browns Plastering? NO CHANCE! I would recommend you steer clear!

Just keep away guys he will try and get money off the job by saying he is not happy I wish people like this don't go on this site if they can't afford the job doing.. Ask me if you want pictures to prove my work is top notch for real customers....
Render and Paint Exterior of House
I would highly recommend Mark and the service he provides. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable from the offset. The job was completed to a highly professional standard, and I have had so many compliments on my newly rendered home. Mark was always in touch with me and kept me informed of progress if, say, weather conditions ceased work for the day, and he is extremely hardworking, getting the job done and well. The result speaks for itself.
Plaster Skimming
I paid Mark to plaster 2 rooms both walls, and ceilings. Awful trades person currently having to take him to court due to the plaster falling off. After weeks of lies and excuses from mark on why he cant come back and sort it. He completely stopped responding to any messages or calls The Plaster was so thin and hardly no pva was used, we had to pay another plaster to come in and redo the whole job and described marks work as “eggshell consistency, poor effort”

Still wanted work doing wen he rang I said I could not get back to look at this again it did not work with them ..my work load at te time eas very busy and I can't just drop tools if he waited one 1 WEEK it would off been sorted 👍 👌

Mark is a true professional. He works to a very high standard and takes pride in his work. He is polite, respectful and always helpful with those unforeseen little jobs that crop up. His work is top notch, so much so that I asked him to plaster a second room to an equally high standard, Soon he is going to plaster the landing and stairs etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending him wholeheartedly, He is one of the best tradespeople I have had.
