After waiting for 10 days for an appointment arranged with Robert around his availability. He failed to turn up on a Saturday morning. No prior communication. I rang him to say I was waiting. The excuse I was given was he was awaiting parts. No attempts or interest in rescheduling the job. Complete waste of my Saturday morning.

Rob is a punctual and very polite person. He worked with great care and neatness including cleaning up afterwards. He did the work without waste of time and did it as requested to a very high standard. I would not hesitate at all to have Rob back for more work.
