BV Carpentry has done a stunning job on our ground floor renovation. We found them through MyJobQuote, and from the very beginning, Besard and his brother were fantastic. They really listened to what we wanted and gave helpful advice on what would work best for our home. We purchased the house in January, and the ground floor was very dated, with a kitchen that wasn’t functional for us. We wanted a full kitchen renovation and to create an open-plan space with the living room. We weren’t even sure if this was possible, but Besard did all the necessary research and reassured us that it could be done safely. The project included completely updating the plumbing and electrics, installing a new fuse board, and even converting a cupboard into a new toilet – which turned out brilliantly. The work was scheduled to take six weeks, but they managed to finish everything in just five. They were extremely tidy throughout, always cleaning up at the end of each day. The new flooring, plastering on the walls and ceilings, and all the finishing touches look amazing. We also made a few changes along the way, and they were always accommodating and happy to adjust as needed. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They kept us informed, raised any concerns promptly, and made sure we felt confident at every stage. I would highly recommend BV Carpentry. Several neighbours have already come to see the work and are now in touch with them for their own projects. We’re planning to renovate our first floor next and will definitely be using them again – we completely trust their work.

The tradesman was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout. The finish is fantastic — smooth, neat, and really well fitted around tricky edges and corners. The rooms now look fresh and modern, and the kids love their new floors!
