Communication was excellent, I was kept informed throughout. There was a delay, I think mainly because my windows weren't the standard thickness of windows currently being fitted. They are very old I have to admit. Guys were very friendly and followed recommended covid procedures. Job well done, I can see out of them at last. Thank you.
