Skimming Artex Ceiling in One Room
He did do a good job at plastering both the living room and the kitchen ceilings. However, he did get plaster all over every living room wall (an excessive amount) he apologised for this and said he will come out the following week to paint the walls as he couldn’t get it off. I have waited for this to happen and have since had no reply or contact from him at all and so now taking it as a sign he is not going to do what he said and we are now in the position where we have to pay out of our own pocket and time to repaint every wall in the living room. I understand it was an accident however, to now not respond to any of my messages is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
