Aaa Gas Engineers and Extensions LtdA happy family who helped me and listened to what I suggested. The problem was one of many we normally face when we fit new windows or doors. It happened that I had to explain the reasons why it had happened and how they should prevent such problems. Over time, people think that new windows and doors should not be serviced forgetting that they have mechanical gears that make them open and lose. Failure to get them serviced will cause problems in future. That is what had happened. Luckily the gears where 10 % damaged and 90% perfect that gave me a chance to service all gears without replacing parts also serving them money. We are very glad that they are happy. Sealant Repair Around Door And Windows
I would highly recommend Aaa Gas Engineers and Extensions Ltd. The engineer attended at the agreed time, was punctual, professional and very helpful throughout the job. He did an excellent job supplying and installing new seals to the windows and door. The workmanship was very good, and everything was completed neatly and to a high standard. I was very impressed with his reliability, communication and quality of work. I would definitely recommend Aaa Gas Engineers and Extensions Ltd to anyone looking for a professional and reliable engineer. I will be happy to use their services again in the future.
Aaa Gas Engineers and Extensions LtdA very good and reliable Company will definitely do jobs for them. They have already given us 2 more jobs and they are real professionals, organised up to standard. They treat tradesman very good as professionals and always communicate and help. They are at the moment the best being led by Project Manager Alex he is excellent.
Install Bathroom Extractor Fan
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Throughout the project, we paid every invoice promptly and in full. However, to this day, the work that we paid for has still not been completed, despite our repeated attempts to follow up. We were also sent an invoice for £269.50 relating to work on the kitchen extractor hood that was never agreed with us in advance. The company offered to inspect the extractor because it was only recirculating air rather than venting outside, but we were never informed that this would result in a charge. We only became aware of the cost when the invoice was issued. In addition, our extractor filters were removed and sent away for cleaning without our agreement, and we had to repeatedly ask for updates. Until now, they have our filters. We also raised concerns after our property was left unsecured following work, but this was never properly addressed. When we tried to resolve these issues, the company stopped responding to our emails. As a customer, I expected better communication and for concerns to be dealt with fairly. I hope the company improves its communication, completes agreed work, and ensures customers are informed of any costs before carrying out chargeable work.

Fix Leaking Kitchen Pipes and Tape
This is a review in connection with jobs completed at our house. The tradesman came in time explained what they were going to do and what materials they were going to change in order for the job to be done successfully. The job was done, and everything that was causing problems was changed after a purchase of new items. We thank the Company for a professional service and it's tradesman who were up and down going to bring get some materials from the merchants to our house as we have given some more jobs after completion of the first job. They have fitted a new shower cubicle as well including tilling and plumbing. We are very happy because there communication and work was very good. We intend to give the company an extension job for our kitchen. We have refered our neighbour for a complete refurbishment which they have started and the charges are very reasonable. We won't hesitate to recommend them.

We were given another job of shwer cubicle which we completed and in the end recomended to a neighbour where we are doing a complete bathroom renovation. We will work for them at anytime in future.

Aaa Gas Engineers and Extensions LtdIts unfortunate that what has been reviewed is not what actually hapeened we charged less on a big job and completed the removal of the bathroom and instalation of a new bath. We supplid the new bath, new tapes and all the waste pipes as agreed. The tilling job we could not agree because they wanted us to tile on top of floor boards without putting the aqua boards first in the bathroom floor. They said they wanted to save money. We didnt agree and decided that they can look for another tiller so we dont know if they found any who would agree with doing an un professional tiling like that. We still think its because of ignorance on what needs to be done therefore its to be expected from other clients to comment like that as normal to them
Repair Leaking Bath Tap
Nice chap. Seems good at his job. But there was a 3 hour delay between telling me that he had gone to pick up a tap and actually turning up with the tap. Considering that there are at least 5 plumbing supply shops within a 5-10 minute drive of my house made this is an unacceptable delay.

As at any job the materials and small things that needs to be done have to be observed carefully so that the job can be done professionally and completed without being called back because something was not done properly. There is no tradesmaman who want to delay doing a job because it causes loses as you cant start another job till you finish what you are doing. On this occasion the delY was for reason but clients may not know the problem we face although we usually tell them what we would be doing
Replace Leaking Stopcock Unit
The guys were brilliant, the job took longer then they thought due to an issue but they found a solution & stopped our leaking tap. Came out the same day we posted the job & quoted. Would 100% recomend them
