Leak on domer pitch roof, coming from plastic cladding above window. Another leak coming from near chimney I think.

To take down and remove a Mountain Ash/Rowan tree that my neighbours say is possibly doing structural damage to their conservatory.

Wall under window need knocking out re plastering rite round to another part of the wall underneath the sink knocking out and re plastering
