Chimney lining needed as chimney breast is leaking smoke into rooms

Buying new house. Need chimney checked and cleaned and certified as safe to use for log burner.

Open up old fireplace there is currently an opening of 12 inch width by 22 inch height so would like it opened up wider

The chimney stack in the loft space is damp and leftxa stain on a bedroom ceiling. Would like a quote for repair/removal. Thanks

Look at repair v remove options on a shared chimney stack on a 4 storey victorian house. The stack is made of engineered London Stock brick.
