Bricking Up a Single Door Opening
Avoid. Although communication was initially good, Luke has proven to be very unreliable and has failed to start the job. To date, he has not returned my £300 deposit, despite giving various excuses and making repeated promises. I have now reported him to Trading Standards and will be pursuing a claim through the small claims court. This is criminal behaviour – he has effectively taken £300 for nothing.
