I took the first quote I was offered and they cancelled on my twice in 3 days, first time was a blown tyre 2 days ago and today it was "I'd forgotten I'd booked my van in for it's MOT today". Forgotten? Really? I contacted Florian of Wirral Heating & Plumbing just after noon today and asked if he was a available to do it, he said yes and would be here THIS AFTERNOON! He arrived when he said he would, 2:30pm, and completed the job not long after. He's very nice and friendly, we talked the whole time while he worked and he didn't stop working once while talked. I definitely recommend him if you need a job doing, especially if you need it doing ASAP. He put a good end to my week that wasn't going my way because of another trader letting me down. I don't care what the reasons, if you cancel twice on a customer, you lose that job, HONOUR YOUR AGREEMENTS! Florian did!
