Good, job done quickly and to our satisfaction
Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Mick visited on Friday 22nd September regarding a water leak in the toilet cistern. Studied the problem and offered two solutions with the price tag for each. I was confident that his suggestion to replace the toilet completely was the right one. He visited today, Wednesday, after a few days when he wasn't well and did an excellent job. In a very short time the work was completed and the new unit functioned properly. He also explained what he was doing and why at each stage. I shall definitely contact him again for any plumbing problems.

A professional tidy job. Nothing seemed too much trouble. A very pleasant, polite tradesman who kept in touch during the whole process. I shall certainly use his help again.

Mick was excellent, arrived at time arranged. Very knowledgeable and set out to investigate where the leak was. Worked in a logical and methodical way and discovered the leak. Managed to repair the leak immediately and returned disturbed areas to an improved state improving on initial builders work. Would highly recommend Winsor Plumbing.
