Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed with the standard of workmanship following the replacement of our shower enclosure/ tray and tiles replaced with wall panels. We were told the installation would take 4 days to complete and have now been without a shower for 15 days as the waste has been leaking since installation. Despite giving the Mick an opportunity to resolve the issue, the leak remains. We were told the waste trap would be replaced, but instead CT1 was applied underneath the existing trap. The new shower tray was also damaged during installation.. Silicone was applied to the damaged area rather than replacing the tray. . Other issues included gaps in the silicone, incorrectly fitted end caps, missing wall panels and incomplete work. Additional money was also requested for materials however only some of the expected materials were purchased. We had to raise concerns on multiple occasions and ask for issues to be addressed. Unfortunately, the problems have meant that we had to get a second opinion and have been advised to rip out and replace as we are going to have huge issues with leaks. Based on our experience, we would advise others to check the work carefully throughout the project and ensure that any issues are properly resolved.

Mick is an absolute gem. I could not be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and provided a clear, fair price before starting the work. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard and left the area spotless. It is hard to find a trustworthy and professional trade professional these days, so I highly recommend him!

After an initial misunderstanding on dates, Mick came out on a Sunday to replace a faulty tap. This he did efficiently & to my entire satisfaction, leaving no mess. I would recommend his plumbing services.

I believe the job was outside Michael's capabilities. I would have preferred honesty with him stating this rather than him giving me the runaround (and £590 price tag for a job made worse). The job ended with the mains water needing to be switched off. I have so much to say about this experience but to stay within this websites guidelines, I will only say this... Communication was poor, plans were changed constantly, he didn't turn up when stated and was generally unprofessional. It was mentioned he wasn't certified gas safe either. Very disappointing. I would not recommend.
