Fix Lukewarm Water & Radiator Issue
I believe the job was outside Michael's capabilities. I would have preferred honesty with him stating this rather than him giving me the runaround (and £590 price tag for a job made worse). The job ended with the mains water needing to be switched off. I have so much to say about this experience but to stay within this websites guidelines, I will only say this... Communication was poor, plans were changed constantly, he didn't turn up when stated and was generally unprofessional. It was mentioned he wasn't certified gas safe either. Very disappointing. I would not recommend.
Winsor PlumbingI think you have detailed this towards me. I am not allowed by law to take on gas work which tge site we are on stop any jobs that i am not qualified for ,as I no longer have a current gas certificate. I can not undertake ANY GAS WORK.So I think your reviewing the wrong person.

Really good job done by a very nice guy.
Replace Toilet and Remove Old One
Mick arrived on time removed cracked toilet and cistern replaced brand new toilet. Very neat professional job. Later that day I noticed a slight leak I msg Mick he was back the following day and it was sorted. Mick also nice and friendly and explained every thing he was doing as he went along. Good job done 👍🏻
