Paint Walls in Multiple Rooms
⭐☆☆☆☆ I hired this company for house moving, removal work and painting. The agreed price was £600 for the painting and moving services, plus £80 for removal. The painting and moving work was completed, however during the move my fridge freezer was damaged. I reported the damage promptly and provided photographs showing the condition before and after the move. Despite this, the matter was disputed and it was not resolved quickly. The situation then escalated into a payment dispute. I was issued a claim notice, and I made it clear that I was prepared to defend my position with the evidence I had. The matter was eventually settled before reaching a court hearing, with the same amount I had originally offered being accepted. Although the issue was ultimately resolved, the process caused unnecessary stress and took a lot of time to deal with. I believe the damage issue could have been handled in a much more reasonable and professional way. Based on my experience, I would not use this service again and would recommend others to make sure responsibilities for damage and dispute handling are clearly agreed before booking.
