It is not professional to block off your customer on your phone. After you just completed a job in less than two weeks, a concern was raised over a linkage from the bathroom unto the kitchen down floor, the next thing is I am blocked off from reaching him. I have hired a plumber to sort it out. Thank you for the job done but change your attitude.
