Tony did some favours outside of his job description that were commendable, such as painting our radiators and dismantling a cupboard and mirror for us. The living room was done well. However on the last day when he said he was finished we discovered most of our internal doors with ugly paint streaks and blisters down them. We showed many other decorators photos of the surfaces and they said it was apparent that no prep (or poor prep) and sanding was done to the doors in the fists place. I asked him back to fix these things. When he left after his correction visit the doors were still not fixed to a professional standard. I asked if he would confirm if he will come back again to actually sand and prep the doors properly and not charge any more for materials to correct this unprofessional finish. He was vague and cryptic in his reply as to if he was going to sand and prep properly. Unfortunately I paid the final deposit before doing a deep dive on his work and he refused to do the doors at his own cost or refund the money for the unprofessional standard of the doors. He did not state in his initial quote that he would not sand and prep the doors. Additionally: Glass surfaces were left with paint sprinkles on it and I later found our cupboard had paint spilled on it too. The living room was nicely done, but but is not a huge compensation for the horrid way our doors were left, for his unprofessional rushed work of all our internal doors, his unclear dismissive method of communication and lack of general care for our flat.

Tony and his guys do amazing work. They worked amidst rainy days, completed before the planned time, and wasted no time. I’d highly recommend and use them again.
