1, Ask for materials to be paid upfront 2, Came and pulled out part of my bathroom leaving it on my front lawn. When he took out the toilet, he did not cover the sewage pipe that the toilet connects to. 3, Did not turn up on first promised date 4, I contacted him to telling him water had leaked through my kitchen ceiling, he still did not turn up. 5, Did not turn up on second and third promised date 6, When William Hughes failed to turn up again and only after me chasing him, did he say that he couldn't complete my work. As of the 17th October he has not refunded monies paid for materials.

Will, the plumber arrived on time, assessed the work required, collected the parts needed, completed the job. All done with regard for our property. Job well done. Would certainly recommend

Bathroom Specialist
Will took out my old bathroom and installed a new one. He organised all the work, including the plastering which he got a separate guy to do. Will did all the tiling which is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I took 1 day longer than planned but this really didn’t affect anything.
