Shed Roof Repair/Refelting
Shed roof repair was done on March, leakage appeared on July, I keep contacting Tom in the past 6 months, he never come to fix my issue, I have showed my best understanding to accept all his different excuses like family issue, busy on other work, bad weather, van broken, get ill and etc, from summer to winter, over 10 times with strong promise of fix, which never happened. 10 years warranty is a joke. Never expect any service after he take your money.
T&C Town & Country Roofing & LandscapingHi this is Tom I am not like that every job I get I do Doe top standard my reviews is there to prove that the customers can vouch for that with your job I had some family issues we had a bereavement in the family I had to go overseas for a couple of weeks I do apologise I am not like that guy what you said I am I am willing to go back to fix the job what you think is leaking I really think this is harsh what you put on my review if you do want me to come back to fix the leak I am willing to do it like I agreed 10 years guarantee my work speaks for itself I had a couple of problems with my my van and then we had a family issues my cousin died at 14 years of age so I had to drop what I was doing and go to a funeral I do apologise like I said if you need me to come back I can come back and put that job right for you many thanks Tom from Town & Country roofing

Tom & team were fantastic! Super friendly and gave detailed explanations of the work that needed doing ahead of time. Work completed to a professional high standard - would use again for any/all future requirements.
Fix Leaking Flat Roof
The flat roof above the kitchen was leaking - Tom got in contact really quickly once I posted my job online. He was flexible around the time to come out to inspect and give me a quote, which I felt was honest and fair. He came on time, completed the job professionally and kept me up to date with pictures of the completed work. I was really happy with my experience and would recommend.
