from day one john kept us informed of the process when he would arrive, john assessed what was required and cost in a timely fashion. His team were very approachable and communicative when asked about things. We have been let down in the past by workmen who failed to communicate and place added costs onto jobs but not this company. John was quick to come out and assess my needs and provided me with a detailed report backed up by photos illustrating the scope of works that needed doing. John provided me with a competitive quote and the full works were completed within a few days. John went out his way to ensure the job was left in a clean and orderly fashion and that the tiles matched visually as far as possible.
