The team and especially John were very responsive and ensured the job was well done in a very quick manner to avoid further weather issues. John went out his way to ensure the job was left in a clean and orderly fashion and that the tiles matched visually as far as possible. He also recommended further remedial work that did need attention over time but didn’t push in anyway to secure this work. Very professional team
