Fix Electrical Water Heater Issue
Good Communications, fast appointments, got the job done and a couple of other jobs at the same time, I would recommend them.
Wire Up Smart Thermostat
Exceptionally bad experience, will exploit if allowed. Took 3 rescheduled visits before turning up. Paid him upfront for thermostat and rearranged the visit. Again, visit rescheduled at very short notice. Brought what looked like used equipment, no box. I had to ask for the user manual, got upset when questioned his transparency. Blatantly lied about what came new in the box. Watching an unboxing on YouTube easily disclosed this. I paid the outstanding amount owed however. Equipment lit up but did not work, it appeared the device installed was already registered with another account and was not the right model for my boiler. Said my boiler would need to be rewired at extra cost in attempt to take advantage of ignorance when this was not the case. Left me without heating for nearly 3 weeks having been caught out. I asked for my money back under the 14 day money guarantee. Turned up after rescheduling the times during that day. Brought what was the right equipment this time Wanted me to sign a work completed form unlike the first time. Threatened I would hear from a court when I didn’t. I asked him to leave. No sense of the power of trust or of customer satisfaction. This is a genuine review based on actual experience which I’m able to evidence.
Replace Burnt Socket and Plug
I recently hired Kaz to replace a faulty electrical socket and a moulded plug, and the service he provided was truly excellent. From start to finish, Kaz was a model professional. He was on time for the appointment and maintained constant, clear communication with me, which I greatly appreciated. He was incredibly efficient in carrying out the work and quickly resolved the issue with skill and competence. Furthermore, his pricing was very reasonable—he didn't charge excessively for the high quality of work delivered. I highly recommend Kaz for any electrical work you need done. Thank you again, Kaz, for a job well done!
Install New Kitchen Ceiling Light
Absolutely amazing job completed. Quick, friendly, perfect finish, excellent price, would highly recommend Kaz and Syntrad Ltd. He installed kitchen ceiling lights for me. Have booked him for numerous further jobs in my home as he is so good and a happy customer. Zero complaints and would 100% recommend Kaz for work.
