This job was exactly what I needed. A bath ripping out and replacing ASAP. Joe sourced the bath and side panel after ensuring he knew what I wanted and collected. A quick worker, friendly & cannot fault and would use again. (I just wish I'd asked how much to take the old one away but a last minute job he managed to fit in on a day off!). Recommend.

Joe Came to repair a leaking toilet and had to replace the entire toilet system for me even went to collect new system as the parts i had would not fit corectly compentent in what he does would use again.

Absolutely delighted with the work. The media wall was built to a very high standard and looks fantastic, completely transforming our lounge. The plastering throughout was flawless, with a smooth finish and great attention to detail. From start to finish, the work carried out by Joe and his team was to a professional standard, the area was kept tidy, and everything was completed on time. Communication was excellent, and it was clear that a lot of pride was taken in the workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled plasterer and builder. Took 3 times loger as was busy doing his own house. Took more money than agreed and didn’t finish the job so left me 5 days before Xmas with leaking roof, 4k bifold doors I can’t open co he fitted them Wrong , unplasteted areas , unconnected heating, uneven floor with unfinished flooring .

We asked Joe to do a small extension and porch, foundation was poured, and it was shockingly uneven, but I thought, ok, can be fixed. I paid for the first part. The second part was brick to DPC and floors. Met him on site on Friday morning while he was working on it, and he sent me an invoice in the same afternoon, and left me a message asking to pay the invoice on the same day. I only seen the message on Saturday, and paid his invoice on Sunday, without seeing the work (silly) He replied he lost his brickies because I was late on payment. After 5 weeks of waiting for Joe to get on site again, I decided to move on with another builder, but we had to demolish everything Joe built. The brickwork was uneven with 6cm level differences, the cavity was ranging from 95 to 65mm leaving no space to fit required insulation, only one floor was poured but it was 8cm above the existing floor level, and it pushed the internal leaf out which was collapsed in the cavity, so we had to break the floor and rebuild. Overall, nothing was usable, Joe has created more work for us than if he hadn't done the job to begin with. I asked him for a refund a few weeks ago and notified him of submitting a Money Claim, but no reply. He doesn't have his details listed on any papers he issues (obvious red flag, again silly of me) Hopefully I can find his details and recover some funds.

Joe and his team have completed a superb extension for us. He has a fantastic attitude towards work and has been very helpful in overcoming any unforseen issues. He got his quote to us very quickly and was as accurate as he could be in giving a timescale for completion (the weather was against us for most of the job). I particularly liked his "there are no problems, only solutions" approach to work. Nice one Joe, well done and thank you. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent work for a fair price. Completed plastering as well as flooring. Very professional communication, and work was completed quickly and efficiently. All mess was cleared away. Would definitely recommend.

Had a chimney breast removal done. Still waiting for the job to be finished, he took the money and left us with no skirting boards the floor not completed and a horrendous level of plastering, tried to call and message so many times to ask when this was going to be finished and have been left on unread and not called back for months. Part of the job was a charge for an inspection fee and a certificate that proved safety which we are still waiting for. Finally managed to get hold of him after calling on private in which he said he’d been out of the country be unsurprisingly it had now gone back to not being able to get hold of him again. Seemed like a really nice guy but absolutely scammed us and left us out of pocket after having to pay someone else to fix the flooring and the skirting boards. Would not recommend.
