We specialise in extensions, conversions and alterations, from concept to completion. We also understand how important deadlines and budgets are in any project and consider both to be as imperative as customer satisfaction and strive for perfection in each.

Bathroom Installation
SBR told me it would take no more than seven days to complete the job but it was 26 days until the job was finally complete. Firstly they tried tried to fob me off with a faulty shower door and a scratched toilet pan and then they charged me £80.00 for putting up two light fittings which I provided and no material was needed. Not only is this well over priced I never would have agreed to it being carried out if I had known the cost but I was left under the impression it was done as a favour. Overall I believe these guys can do an okay job but their time management is appalling and to charge for something that hadn’t been agreed on is just not on.

Suffolk Building and RenovationWe did in fact estimate seven days. That being working days, we started on the 12th of November and we are now 7th of December and finished 4 days ago, I’m afraid your maths is off. Then factor in my 7 day holiday which you were made aware of before we even quoted. Granted that wouldn’t have been a factor had it not been for your mind changing yet we still had everything barr the shower door and pan change done before I went away. I can’t do anything about faulty manufacturing, only replace items as I did. You had three internal lights and one external fitted to archaic wiring, not to mention the towel rail fitted that wasn’t on the original quote and with that rail… cable and boxes. I think you’d have done ok for your £80 had you paid me like you said were going to. All in all you were a pain of a customer and a liar.
Garage Conversion
Gavyn came and looked the job over and sent a quote through quickly. A date was arranged and he kept in contact to update me on the progress he had made procuring the materials. Roy his associate began work promptly. Footings were dug and prepared, the wall constructed and the window fitted. Everything was done efficiently and left tidy. I am very pleased with the result and would call on Gavyn and his team again should I need any more building works. It is hard to find a reliable builder who will take on a small project. I would recommend this company.
