SSV Property Group is an emerging construction company and a family run business owned by previously marginalized professionals which was established in Johannesburg South Africa.
Being the 4th generation director, Mr Soham Surujpal has revived the company abroad in the United Kingdom who has the ability to take it to the next level with the firm having a strong background in General Building, Electronic Security Systems, Electrical, Plumbing, Renovations, Construction, Project Management, Maintenance and Insurance Claims.
Members of SSV Property Group are empowered and are looking forward to establishing a service of excellence and perfection to the Insurance Industry in the United Kingdom.
We have been servicing the insurance industry for more than 28 years. SSV Property Group had introduced their plumbing, electronic and electrical division in 2015, which is managed by Mr Robert McCallum who has more than 20 years of experience.
As members of SSV Property Group, we have collaborated across departments to grow the company further and which enable us to offer our clients the most exceptional services in the United Kingdom.

Wall Tiling
Robert did a smashing job laying tiles in the kitchen. He provided a reasonable quote, the work carried out with perfection and keeps everything so clean. The other thing I realised is that he did the job so well that it felt like he was doing his own kitchen! That's when you know someone enjoys what they do! Thank Robert.

Brick / Block Paving
Robert was professional in his communication, his work and his conduct. The entire process was smooth. Excellent work, price was very reasonable, Robert was on time, friendly and super helpful / even gave some tips and useful pointers! High recommended / Robert has lots of knowledge on all aspects of building. He came to site to quote and wasn’t pushy at all,
