There were two sets of jobs I commissioned the company to undertake. The first was to cut down shrubbery, repair a wooden trough and install wooden "sleepers" between the lawn and shrubs, replacing a short wooden fence. All were completed satisfactorily. The second set was to jet wash the patio, repoint the patio and apply a protective layer to it. Despite my paying upfront only the jet wash was fully completed and the repointing partially completed. It is two months since the the company was at my property and despite phone calls & texts and promises that they would give me a date as to when the work would be completed they have failed to let me know so the work remains outstanding.

I needed a general clearing of my garden with shed removal, 4 bushes removed, a bush cut back and trimmed, an old garden swing removed a long with other items removed. The lads worked quickly but were unable to finish in one day. They cleaned up the mess well. They finished yesterday but were unable to power wash my patio. The young man did sweep it and rinse it down. All in all they worked well. We did have some communication problems about what needed to be done.
