Invoice arrived about 10 seconds after phone call .2 men came with no ID and had bad attitude when asked for it .cut off gas without any explanation and when it could be back on and I think this was deliberate as it was Saturday afternoon so my options were bad .they returned 5 hours later and eventually sorted out everything,.both men who came to the house spent more time on their phones than actually working and then on there way out hit the light in the hall when carelessly carrying out a pipe. So overall I found them to be arrogant, rude ,unprofessional, slow and expensive
