Quick response, quote competitive, arrived on the day they said in the time frame given, text to say they were on their way. Polite people, got on with the job. This isn't just about this trades person / job but generally when jobs are booked and quoted for online, you get what you asked for but had the company actually seen the job it could have been discussed and other options put forward and then instead of getting the job I asked for I would have got the job I really wanted. As a non plummer I don't understand about how and where pipes needs to go and as a result I now have a pipe running along a wall which if i'd known was going to be the outcome I would have asked how much to have it put either into the wall or behind the skirting

The person who did the job was really pleasant. The hot water tap he installed is a little crooked which he said couldn’t be help due to internal pipe work. He also has left a hole in my brick work due to his first attempt at drilling not being aligned to pipe work internally.

I was very impressed with the whole service from Fast Repair from the initial communication through to the completion of the work carried out, which was exactly what I had requested. Mike and his partner were professional throughout and it was obvious that they really knew what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble and their adherence to the Covid-19 safety measures was exemplary. This meant a lot to me as my husband is shielding because of his health problems. They were courteous, professional and friendly and the quote for the job fell well within my budget and was a fair price for the labour and materials involved in carrying out the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Fast Repair team to anyone.

Contacted me to provide a quote but never showed, stated it was down to family I’ll health, which is understandable but never updated me if he was still willing / able to do the work. Ended up getting another firm to do the work.
