A very disappointing and stressful experience , I strongly do not recommend . Mr .Mohseni received 70% of the agreed payment but completed only around 30% of the work ,despite multiple requests ,he never provided receipts or invoices for materials ,even though the contract clearly included materials and full construction of the loft. Even after 50 days ,construction waste was still left on site ,I had to pay remove it myself. The loft convertion plan was sent two weeks late and did not match my expectations .The entire process was full of delays , lack of transparency ,disorganization, and unnecessary stress. i've had to seek legal advice. Based my experience , I strongly do not recommend working with him .

Sky property group ltdDear Mrs. Nasiri, Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your perspective, but I must respectfully disagree with your comments. The total amount you paid was £12,500, which covered a range of work including the installation of loft structures, new floor joists, removal of the first-floor wall, insulation for the new stairs, fixing all new windows, new floorboards in the loft, first fix rewiring, insulation between rafters, and building stud walls. I also supplied all necessary materials for this work. I feel that my trust has been misused. Initially, you asked me to pause the work while you were in Iran until your return. I clearly mentioned that halting the project was not ideal, as I had scheduled my time months in advance, which resulted in needing to reschedule to start another job. Upon your return, you requested that I no longer come to your property, citing issues with your spouse and expressing that you wouldn't be able to manage the project on your own. Please know that I have not stopped working on your project; I am still willing to complete the work as we agreed, as my payment remains outstanding. Regarding the rubbish, we initially agreed to keep it at the front and remove it all at once, as there were space restrictions for a skip. I hope we can resolve any misunderstandings amicably. Single Storey House Extension
Excellent contractor who has done a great job and also taken on more work since with us. Would highly recommend him and his team. Good prices and no hidden extras added. We have been happy with all the team.
