Move and Assemble Household Items
Sullivan provided an extremely poor service during my house removal. He arrived alone for a 3-bed house removal job, demanded my help in carrying the items into his van, and stained my mattress beyond recognitions. He started the job, pressured me to pay 100% more to continue, and left it incomplete. Despite taking my deposit, he has not issued a refund and was confrontational throughout and rude. I was stressed by his service and he left me stranded. He was a huge disappointment. I regretted hiring him.

However, I would like to clarify a few points to provide a fair perspective. First, as discussed and agreed prior to the job, my policy requires full payment before unloading to ensure transparency and avoid disputes, which was clearly communicated and accepted before the booking. Unfortunately, this policy was not followed on the day of the job, which led to the job being paused. Regarding the mattress, I assisted you in moving it both to the van and back to the property. While it may have become slightly dirty in the process, there was no damage caused. A simple dry clean could resolve the issue in minutes. I take great care with all items, and I was particularly mindful of this during the job. I strive to be professional and courteous in all my interactions, and I disagree with the accusation of being rude or confrontational. I always aim to provide excellent service and work hard to accommodate client needs. It is unfortunate that we couldn’t reach a resolution. I remain committed to addressing any valid concerns and have already offered to refund the deposit once a fair and truthful acknowledgment is made that there was no damage to the mattress and no rude behavior on my part.
