Living remotely from the property I needed a builder I could trust and communicate with. From the start David was open trustworthy supplying me with prices for each element of the work, not one of which went over budget. His work is of an excellent standard and he was able to provide simple cost effective solutions to issues as they arose during the project. As works progressed, I felt confident to instruct David to complete further elements of the refurbishment, all of which were completed in the same manner and to the same excellent standard. I would certainly recommend David and Shire builders to anyone and for jobs both large and small. He was able to undertake all and varied tasks which asked. David and Shire Builders made a potentially difficult and stressful project (following a flood) into a simple and pleasurable transaction.
