very happy with the work carried out, arrived at starting date and punctual. No access for machinery, the work involved hand digging to fit drainage. All rubbish removed from site and left tidy. I plan to use Shire Builders again to replace a fence. Work completed within Budget.

Refelting
The tradesmen turned up on the arranged date, they didn't have enough materials so the were going to reuse some of the chipboard they had removed from the shed roof which was wet and rotten. They did buy some more and finished the job, but very poor standards.
