Replace Immersion Heater Element
Shane replaced the element in our immersion heater less than 3 weeks ago. It has now stopped working again. I contacted Shane to tell him and he said that it was because of the limescale. I accept that limescale is a problem, but not in less 3 weeks, I think he takes me for some sort of idiot! Anyway, Shane has offered to replace the faulty element for the same price already paid. He assured me 1000% that if it went wrong again he would replace it free of charge. Again, I'm sure he takes me for some sort of idiot. I always say you can only judge someone when something goes wrong. All the great reviews Shane has must be from lucky customers who haven't have the misfortune of something having gone wrong. Disappointing to have to write this, but sadly this was my experience.
New Washing Machine Installation
Shane arrived on time and had a helper with him .This meant that the he had help with the heavy lifting. Job was done in no time.
