Ryan Morgans from Treharne Property Developments damaged the corner of a £500 mirror cabinet (so it cannot be returned), scratched the shower tray, and incorrectly installed a vanity unit because he didn’t check the packaging properly and found the instructions after it was incorrectly installed (I replaced the unit, instructions were visible as soon as it was opened). Units were incorrectly installed with a vanity unit and toilet just being stuck on with silicone, and wood was left exposed in a bathroom not being sealed to prevent water damage. Communication has been poor and messages have been ignored. I was ignored when I asked him to return the keys and parking permit for my property, which is unacceptable. Ryan also caused damage to a £1000 office chair by sitting on it with silicone on his trousers (luckily it was reversible). Overall, I found him to be unreliable, immoral, incompetent, unprofessional, and untrustworthy, with no accountability. Did not return to complete work, had to use other people to finish the job. Their bio needs updating as their work is poor and they have let a customer down. Would not use again or recommend.
