Sam was in touch quickly, flexible as to when he could do the job, and came when he said he would. The work we knew needed done was done quickly and well, as far as we can see - and Sam showed photos of the completed job. He also identified further work (with photos) we hadn't been aware of - missing slates and additional length of flashing needing secured. We agreed on a price for carrying out that work too. All in all, it was a job well done.

Tradesman Sam was punctual n very professional , quote was good n job completed the very next day. Was so impressed that we asked him to come back n do another couple of jobs for us. Replace Gutter on Flat Roof Dormer
Sam arrived to view the job on time, gave me a realistic quote which I accepted, then left to collect necessary materials. He and Charly arrived back within 30 minutes and completed the work quickly and we'll. They tested the gutter for leaks before leaving. I haven't given a 5 because I haven't yet received a copy of their 5 year guarantee, but was very pleased otherwise.

Quite expensive, but did the job the same day. i am not experienced in how it should have been done, however we were guaranteed that it should resolve the issue and will prevent this from happening in the future.
