Turned up early, got the work done and checked out the roof, other guttering and down pipes. A job well done and I am happy to recommend them.
Clean and Paint Decking Area
Didn’t clean decking, before starting, stain was splashed everywhere on walls and doors, spilled paint pot on roadway, finished decking complete mess. Taken full payment and refused any refund full or partial. Offered to fix mess but given initial job reluctant to allow his return.

Sam did an excellent job of soft washing the outside of my house, the difference is amazing. Delighted with the results so far. He turned up on time, fully explained the process and gave me regular updates with pictures. Waiting on my guarantee being send . But very happy to endorse this guy. First rate job.
Close Off Chimney at Roof
They arrived one day late than originally planned i-e 31st August instead of 30th August. The miserable part was I requested them to provide me with a receipt/ invoice as I needed to claim the money but despite several requests from Sam didn’t respond at all to my text message and neither provided a guarantee for the work carried out which he promised he will before carrying out the work. They charge £260 for hardly 10 minutes repair. This was something very unprofessional from them.
Scots Roofing LtdHi there, I actually have just noticed this, we were there over 2 hours , £260 is what we charged to re seal leadwork around flu pipe and patch up holes, we kindly explained that the sealed we were using was a fibrous resin sealer, which is £100 per tub, we charged you £160 labour, for the job it was a high roof, with no safety (cat ladder) access as it was a 3 sided roof (gable) You were given the option to opt for a cheaper sealer which would have been a lot cheaper but it wouldn’t have lasted long term! I’m more than happy to send over a receipt if you get back in contact with me thanks.
