Sam came round and gave a quote for the works which was in line with what I expected. He was on time, polite and a pleasure to deal with. As soon as we’d agreed the works they started work within a matter of days. His whole team were really pleasant each time I saw them. And when I went to the house off the cuff they were always hard at work and friendly. It turned out I needed new slates for the roof and Sam handled this professionally and diplomatically as it was a cost I hadn’t expected. The work was completed within a really short time scale and to an extremely good standard - Sam kept me updated with pictures and phone calls. I would 100% recommend Sam and his company to anyone and would use him again should I have a need to.
