“Called to fix a leaking toilet. Told him that it could be a blockage, not fitted properly or a faulty toilet. He proceeded to refit the toilet. After doing so he found the toilet was blocked too. He unblocked the toilet. He wanted £100 extra saying there was more blockage. Then he put his rods in and there was not as he had already unblocked it. Then he flushed the toilet and there was still a leak. He asked for more money to take off the refit the toilet; I refused to pay more as already agreed £300. He refitted the toilet. Asked for the money before leaving and said don’t use toilet for 24 hours. I paid it. He promised to return and fix if leak happened again. It has been more than a week now. At first he said he will call when he is free. Now he is claiming it is the wrong type of toilet. I asked him why he fitted it in the first place if it is the wrong type of toilet. I asked for my money back. No response. Do not use this guy or his company. I intend to take legal action. Amir
