Roof Installation/Removal
Richard provided me with a quote which we agreed. As soon as he got the full payment he disappeared. He left the job unfinished. I still got the scaffolding and all the rubbish that felt on top of my attic from the old roof. He's not responding to any of my phone calls. I have given him enough time to put things right but he's not responding. In the end he didn't complete the gutters and damaged my next door neighbours property, He didn't remove the scaffolding and the rubbish in the attic. To complete this jobs I need to pay close to £2,000 extra which should have been covered with the total payment of £8,000 that I already made to Richard. My honest advise is to keep away from this dishonest person. The quality finish of my roof is truly poor. I now have the worse roof in my street.
