Detached Garage Flat Roof Replacement
Customer beware! Patrick is a smooth talker - he showed me quality roof covering, then applied cheap stuff and ineffective mastic. The covering came away after 2 weeks. Worse still, he did not send me the 2 yrs guarantee and receipt of payment - which he demanded as cash. I'm left with a roof covering ready to lift.. And no way of contacting him - as quote service wont identify him. In short - dont use this guy!
