Replace Shower Cubicle With Bath
Rich did a fantastic job updating my bathroom. I am really delighted with it. Not only was his workmanship excellent, but he also gave sound advice and quickly overcame any unexpected challenges he found. Rich was very efficient and he worked very neatly and respected my home even though he was having to work in a very confined space. What's more, Rich was prompt every day and communicated with me prior to and during the job. He also contacted me afterwards to check that I was happy with the new bathroom and assure me that the work was guaranteed for 12 months so I could contact him with any problems. He is an extremely charming and personable character and I enjoyed having him around as he was good company. All in all I couldn't recommend Rich more. A great guy.

Fix low water pressure and no cold
Richard responded to my job immediately and was over within 30 minutes on a Friday evening. He dealt with the issue and didn´t charge me much at all. The problem was with Thames Water and so I had to get them to come over in the end. But Richard stayed in touch throuhgout the process. I was very impressed by his speed, dedication to the task and concern for me and my tenants. His price was so low that I felt obliged to give him a tip. Thanks very much Richard.

Richard has carried out a few works for me: replacing kitchen tap, installing water softener, dishwasher, bathroom shower douche and rerouting pipe work to the mains. In all cases, he completed all my work efficiently and with quality and it was clear to me from the outset that he’s happy to just get on with the job. 5/5 for all his efforts.

Finally a honest professional plumber that has fantastic work ethics, the job was really tricky and took a couple of hours to find and fix the leak we had, he was really great and would definitely recommend and 100 percent use again!!!!
