Richard was polite, friendly and professional throughout. From his initial visit to quote to the day of the actual job. He was on time, and carried out his installation of my two radiators to perfection which was extremely important as my kitchen diner is a new extension. I love my two new radiators!! Richard made sure I was happy with the job and walked me through everything he had done at the end confirming his work is fully guaranteed and to call if I need any additional help.
