Ryan originally came out to re-grout my bathroom in July. Initially, I was pleased with his work as it was an improvement on what was there previously. However, a few days after the job was completed my Partner pointed out a number of areas on grouting which were definitely not up to scratch. Grout had started to come up from the floor and the side of the bath. Additionally, some grout is laid on very thick and other areas have not even been touched. The job looked uneven on closer inspection and more importantly, the grout has now completely come away in some places making it difficult to use the bathroom. We therefore asked Ryan if he could return to rectify these issues and he agreed on a date to return. When that came, Ryan was a no-show and for some unknown reason, he had blocked me and my partner despite us having nothing but polite and professional communication up to that point. We were very upset by this as I had paid Ryan his money already and needed the job fixing. (Continued on separate review as too long)
