Dave and his son did a superb job of sorting out the seemingly simple job of replacing a kitchen tap. The minefield of disentangling the laughable, under-sink plumbing mess here (cheers Persimmon) was taken in stride, and then revealed a fundamental issue with the manner in which the central heating and hot water had been installed back in 2006 when the house was built (again, cheers Persimmon). Truly life changing. I’m not even joking. I never even knew our hot water wasn’t supposed to work in the manner in which it has done since day one of buying this place. Highly, highly recommended. And a lovely chap too. Keeps you posted, replies to texts and calls. Go hire. Nothing to worry about here.
