Nick was professional and very nice from quote to completion of works. His quote was spot on ,no added extras. He was reliable hard working and knowledgeable in his work and a really nice man also trustworthy we didn't need to go out but would not hesitate to have left him in the house alone. Nick is very helpful, he explained the process so I understood what was happening. Although the fire place would not work due to needing extra parts (unforeseen issue), Nick has helpfully offered to look for the extra parts.
